The clarity sessions are for successful women who are at a turning point in their professional projects, businesses or career.

Whether you’ve lost your north star, you feel disconnected from your passion, or are searching for a more meaningful direction in your professional journey, I am here to guide you. These sessions are for you if you are feeling stuck, uninspired, bored or unsure of your next step.

What you can expect

One-to-one tailor-made clarity sessions that can run over a period of two to six weeks depending on your specific needs. In our sessions we will:

  • Focus on rediscovering and reconnecting you with your spark, your unique creative force, and in doing so reignite the excitement and joy for your work and life projects.
  • Gently dive into your true self, acknowledging, learning and celebrating all that you are.
  • Forge a path that feels true to yourself, meaningful and resonates with who you are now.
Coaching modalities

The modalities I draw on

We’ll use my unique blend of life coaching, mindful and reflective practices. Depending on your needs, interests and preferences, these can include Strategic Intervention coaching, RTT-inspired exercises, and HeartMath intervention breathing and focusing techniques.

In person or on-line

Each session lasts around 90 minutes and can be done in person or online. If you need more than one, sessions are taken once a week to keep the momentum going. Each session comes with a personalised, password-protected follow-up page.
